A vital part of each EFAP and ARS is confidentiality. Disclosure of client information will occur only when properly authorized or when psychologists are legally or professionally obligated to do so. Each client accessing the ARS is asked to read and sign a Confidentiality Statement. No one at this office will release information about you or your conversation with your psychologists to anyone without your informed, voluntary, and written consent. You may, however, ask your psychologists (in writing) to contact a professional or company representative.
